Business Manager
The Wayne Subaru Service Business Manager is the final contact in the customer’s purchase experience with our Sales Department. Our customers are a part of the Wayne Subaru family. You will provide financial products that will help protect our customers and their purchase. Being able to build rapport quickly and genuinely will be crucial to your success in this role. Schedule:
5 days a week (Saturday’s must)
Day off during the week (we are closed Sundays)
Responsibilities
Maintain a high level of sales customer satisfaction.
Present warranties, credit insurance, GAP insurance and other beneficial products offered by the dealership to customers.
Secure and finalize transaction in a legal and ethical manner while maintaining productivity.
Maintain finance and insurance income, penetration levels and customer satisfaction.
Complete all transactions with required federal, state, and dealer paperwork related to and submit it to the dealership’s accounting office in a timely manner.
Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
Qualifications
Prior experience in a dealership Business department (preferably Subaru).
Ability to work independently and be self motivated.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail & ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
Clean Driving Record.
