Waters Edge Church is currently looking for a new, part-time staff member to join our team in the position of Groups Manager. Position Expectations: You Will Be…

• Working alongside the Groups Director to assist in 5 key aspects of Groups Ministry: Coaches, Group Leaders, Groups Launch, the Writing Team and Social Media.
• Communicating with Groups Coaches on a weekly basis, informing, encouraging and praying for them.
• Assist the Director in creating on-going training for Groups Coaches and Leaders.
• Researching and providing resources for Groups Coaches and Leaders.
• Recruiting and training Group Leaders.
• Casting a compelling vision for existing Group Coaches and Leaders.
• Managing Groups data semester to semester, including maintaining Groups in WEC’s database.
• Assisting in the planning and implementation of Group Leader Rallies and Group Launches.
• Create and upload Sermon Based Curriculum, Web Notes and Web Notes Graphics.
• Assist the Director in creating engaging and inspiring social media content.
• Working alongside other fun, vibrant, and creative staff members at Waters Edge Church.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
