The Senior ERP Finance Manager demonstrates deep technology, process and domain expertise to drive execution across multiple interdependent projects within a program; ensures outcomes delivery on time, within scope and budget and of desired quality. Coordinates overall and is personally responsible for project execution and provides leadership updates on health and status of assigned programs.
Essential Responsibilities
You will manage day-to-day execution of projects part of the assigned program, track requirements, partner expectations, key turning points, testing progress and project health and provide regular updates to customers, outline multi-generational project strategy aligned to deliver on the expected outcomes, coordinate internal and vendor Technical Project Managers completing various projects across multiple programs, as well as work directly with global technical teams, both internal and vendor provided, to drive execution of projects in portfolio.
Other key areas will include the ability to support execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies. Partner with technical and functional teams external to the project to ensure their tasks are completed as required, provide regular portfolio status updates to leadership, coach Technical PMs and provide feedback on their performance and improvement opportunities, drive improvement initiatives and incorporate the latest industry trends, as well as perform initial and final financial reviews, and ensure ongoing budget tracking.
Qualification/Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of IT and/or Finance professional experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Project Management including financial management leading cross functional initiatives and/or large global projects

In order to be successful in this role you will have experience using project management methodologies to deliver business value and drive significant change across an organization, manage budgets including budget, spend, and liquidations, have knowledge of various project and portfolio management methodologies with track record of implementing shared standards for large organizations as well as Excellent influencing, interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal) with all levels of an organization.
Other traits could include the ability to demonstrate customer focus, build strong customer relationships, creates processes with customer viewpoint and partners with customers to help shape their future initiatives, apply analytical and strong problem solving skills, as well as communicate in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions, anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve, creates useful strategies and operational plans.
Finally, we would encourage Change oriented – actively generates process improvements, champions and leads change initiatives, confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways, balances multiple and competing priorities and performs accordingly.
