VOLT WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS Looking for Manager Corporate Accounting at Los Alamitos, California Full Time

Volt Professional Search is currently seeking an experienced CPA – Manager of Corporate Accounting with Public Accounting experience to join a direct partner who is a large publicly traded consumer electronics company in Long Beach, CA. The role will be hybrid, would report to the Controller and will manage 3 Assistant Managers and 1 Supervisor. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Lead monthly close for North America in addition to providing guidance to Latin America and Canadian Accounting Teams
Serve as point of contact for parent company’s accounting team as well as internal and external auditors
Ensure accurate and timely quarterly external audits and financial reporting
Provides in depth analysis of income statements and balance sheets
Leads the monthly consolidated reporting process for both internal stakeholders and parent company
Manages company ERP and master data
Leads annual audit of financial statements
Manage Accounts Payable, Ecommerce, and provides guidance to Latin America and Canada Accounting Teams

The ideal candidate will have 6 or more years of progressive accounting and finance experience with a mix of Big 4 or top 10 public accounting and privately held consumer electronics or consumer goods experience with an Ecommerce element. Other skills and qualifications include:
BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or related required
1 or more years of Management experience required
SAP experience required
CPA highly desired but not required
Ability to forms strong relationships
