This posting describes a key role with a partner-client that we are looking to fill within the next 2 weeks. The client operates in the healthcare sector and under its strong leadership and growing brand, they are experiencing a great deal of domestic and international growth.
This group endeavors to strategically hire, empower, and develop their teams to best prepare for their expected growth over the next several years. In this way, the team operates in a hybrid work model – 3 days in-office and 2 days remote at the individual’s discretion.
Title: Accounting Manager
Responsibilities:
Ensure the performance and deliverables of the accounting function
Management of the team responsible for delivering financial reporting, billing, collections, payroll, budgets, and financial analysis.
Support and assist with daily accounting activities
Complete financial reporting and analysis functions

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or MBA
CPA or CMA (will consider exam candidates, offering exam fee reimbursement)
Proficient in cost accounting and treasury management – GAAP
Experience reviewing, interviewing, hiring, training, developing, promoting, and performance managing accounting staff
Experience with a multiple accounting software packages
