This role will focus on employee relations within Vitra Health and its entities, while also managing personnel records, HRIS system and documents, developing and implementing policies, administering all benefit plans and updating internal databases and assisting with recruitment efforts as needed. Salary is 70,000-90,000 based on experience

Human Resources Generalist Essential Functions:
• Support the HR Department by administering human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave programs; disciplinary matters and corrective action; performance and talent management; productivity, culture and recognition; and training and development
• Provide advice and counsel on general employee relations issues; support employees and managers through complex employee relations matters and questions
• Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
• Assists with employee recognition programs and initiatives
• Develop training & development initiatives across the organization
• Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
• Manage all benefit plans and reporting, as well as work with benefit vendors and benefits broker to help manage the benefits open enrollment process
• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
• Manage employee records with confidentiality, proactively auditing and updating the HRIS system (Paylocity) with current information to ensure data integrity
• Provide support to employees across all entities with any HR-related questions and resolve any issues that may arise
• Project manage various HR programs and projects on an as needed basis to help support the growth of the organization and its employees
Human Resources Generalist Requirements:
• 3-5 years of HR experience in a fast-paced HR department required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
• Understanding all components of human resoures including policies, systems, databases and metrics required
• Experience with HRIS, Microsoft Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems required
• Experience with Paylocity preferred
• Desire to work as a team with a “results driven” approach
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with close attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
