Position Summary
The Global Financial Planning and Analysis team serves as a strategic business partner for global business leaders and provides finance support for global business functions, including Visa’s Global Product and Value-Added Services Portfolio. We are an agile, highly visible team that collaborates across functions and product groups, and play a leading role in providing financial planning, management reporting, and decision support analytics to business leaders. Value Added Services (VAS), such as our Data Products and Solutions are an integral part of Visa’s global growth strategy, and growing VAS is a critical and high priority focus area for Visa.
We are seeking a motivated and highly analytical Finance Manager to drive key initiatives for our Data Policy, Platforms and Programs group. Our team supports the Chief Data Officer, influences key business stakeholders around the world, and leads revenue engagement with Finance teams across Visa. This position will have exposure to both topline and expense managerial scopes through leadership of key initiatives as well as finance business partner responsibilities. As a finance business partner this person will cultivate operational partnerships to drive strategic and financial thought leadership and successfully complete the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting processes.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.
