About the Opportunity
As the Healthcare Finance Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the financial health and stability of this esteemed trauma center.
You will lead the organization’s financial operations, providing insightful analysis and collaborating with leadership to achieve strategic financial goals.
This position offers the opportunity to :
Oversee all aspects of the financial cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
Develop and implement financial strategies that optimize revenue and control costs.
Provide financial guidance and support to various departments across the organization.
Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare financial regulations.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
Lead ongoing financial education to empower internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (required)
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare accounting and finance (required)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a must)
Experience with financial modeling and reporting software (preferred)
Experience with Tableau as a data visualization tool (a plus)
