Virtual Health Partners Hiring for Finance Manager Job at Remote Full Time

We are looking for a Finance Manager who can do all our Bookkeeping as well as more advanced tasks.

Daily Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable
• Create invoices in QBO

• Send invoices from QBO

• Receive customer payments from QBO

• Create bank deposit in QBO

• Send invoice reminders from QBO

• Post income from other sales channels

• Create/Send invoices through Veem & Tungsten

• Follow up on overdue AR, primarily via email

• Accounts Payable
• Bills are received through email (Consultants, Vendors, and Employee Reimbursements)

• Enter bills in QBO

• Get approval for bills

• Pay bills from Chase Bank

• Pay international consultants/Vendors through Veem

• Bank + Credit Cards
• Match bank fees

• Retrieve bank and credit card statements

• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts

• Reconcile AMEX activity

• Payroll
• Submit hours for payroll

• Enter payroll into QBO

• Reconcile Payroll Liability Account

• Update Financial model on a monthly bases

• Cash flow statements – weekly: support and review as needed

• Review accounts receivable for bad debt write-offs

• Review and clean up old accounts payable

• Review GL Detail and Reconciliations and provide comments to Reconcile

• Create sales reports

Monthly & Quarterly Responsibilities

• Monthly close process

• Review Monthly & quarterly financial reports, including standard financial statements and projections

• Regularly attend (via phone or video conference) management team meetings as agreed upon

• Review any new contracts/agreements for accounting needs

• Quarterly reconciliation of interest and dividends and update in Cap table tracker

• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports (including compilation workbooks)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
