Job Description
Our company is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for all functions of Accounts Payable. This position requires A/P experience, accounting knowledge, customer service, and administrative duties. Applicant must be self motivated and able to work in a very fast paced environment. Attention to detail is a must! Knowledge of bank reconciliations a plus!! Budget preparation a plus!
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and issuing checks
- Verifying outstanding balances
- Updating billing information
- Checking the accuracy of transactions and payment requests
- Recording Accounts Payable
- Scanning and saving invoices and check copies
- Performing data entry and administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Previous Accounts Payable experience required
- Experience with Condominium and HOA accounting preferred
- Tops experience a plus
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
