Marketing Job Description

Position : Marketing Specialist – PHA, Global Corporate Headquarters

Reports To : Marketing Manager Commercial Markets, Corporate Headquarters

Location : Easton, Pennsylvania 18040

Aligned with the sales growth strategy, the Marketing Specialist PHA is responsible for spearheading the strategic development and implementation of integrated B2B marketing communication programs targeting the global commercial construction industry.

Victaulic is looking for a candidate who has experience working with sales leadership, agencies, in-house teams and cross-functional groups, combined with a natural ability to collaborate to execute comprehensive campaigns across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual with direct experience driving product commercialization, event coordination, and public relations, as well as developing both technical and commercial content for the B2B market.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving alignment with the PHA sales leaders
• Interface with local and global sales, corporate and satellite marketing team members and business teams to conceptualize integrated communications plans required for the comprehensive marketing of solutions and products in a regulated environment
• Bridge internal and external resources to strategically lead and develop tactical plans and drive them to completion. Tactical areas include but are not limited to sales collateral (technical, marketing, training), digital (social, website, video, email, SEO), public relations, events and advertising
• Assist in development of annual marketing plans
• Leverage market insights and voice-of-customer to create clear and value-oriented content to break-through the channel noise
• Ensure the timely flow of projects and that all corporate graphic standards and guidelines are met
• Plan, execute and provide onsite support for PHA market tradeshows and events
• Drive strong interdepartmental coordination and communication.
• Identify areas for improvement within the marketing department processes to support the company’s overall objectives

Qualifications

• College degree in marketing and / or communications desired
• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing. Construction industry experience desired, but not required. Provide specific campaign examples
• Ability to develop strategic and innovative marketing campaigns and strategies
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Robust collaboration and leadership skills
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Must have computer skills and knowledge of relevant software including MS Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, SharePoint, Teams / Zoom, and WordPress.

Canva and Photoshop skills desired.

• Ability to clearly present complex information
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills
• Ability to communicate and interact effectively with outside vendors, customers and sales force
• Ability to travel as needed -15% travel
• Ability to meet deadlines, budgets and objectives and work as a team with other Marketing and cross department professionals
• Ability to work independently when required as well as work well across regions / time zones as part of global team
