Position Purpose :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and maximize sales opportunities.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, possesses strong leadership qualities, and has a proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns.
Primary Duties / Responsibilities :
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including brand positioning, lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify target markets, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Utilize insights to drive marketing initiatives.
Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost-effective implementation of marketing activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, Business Development, and creative services, to develop integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and traditional advertising.
Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
Identify areas for optimization and improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing. Continuously evaluate and recommend new marketing tools and strategies to enhance overall marketing effectiveness.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, agencies, and vendors.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all marketing activities.
