Client Solutions Manager

At Venator Performance Marketing, we believe in the pursuit of excellence. We strive to provide innovative, creative, and data driven solutions for our clients. The client solutions manager will serve as the point of contact for clients seeking performance marketing services.
The client solutions manager will develop and maintain strong client relationships and possess a desire to provide exceptional client services. They will be the driving force in addressing inquiries and providing creative solutions. The account manager will assess the needs of clients while also pursuing company goals. This individual will partner with both internal and external teams to ensure that our solutions are meeting our customer’s technical and business needs. Such a position will require an individual to be highly motivated, detail oriented, an effective communicator, and possess a high degree of integrity.
What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as a liaison between the client and departments within the company to convey information, ensure understanding, and make certain everything gets done in an accurate, timely manner
- Monitoring the client’s budget, explaining costs, keeping up on trends, and negotiating new terms if necessary
- Providing progress reports and advertisement projects to clients and upper management
- Possessing an up-to-date understanding of the industry’s consumer behavior and competitor services
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills for dealing with different types of customers and clients
- Ability to use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) softwares, create Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) reports, and analyze performance data
- Focusing on developing long-term client relationships – expanding influence, increasing retention, solving issues, and driving satisfaction
- Communicating with account team and customer regarding renewal opportunities and re-rates, clarifying and appropriately messaging customer options

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
