About the Company
Vanta Leagues is a youth esports developmental program that provides expert coaching and mentorship for kids ages 8-18 through a team-based learning platform and competitive leagues. In essence, Vanta is a ‘digital little league’ for esports. The company was founded in late 2020 and has built the first true youth esports development system with the most secure platform in the market. Vanta has seen incredible growth in its players since starting its safe, structured, and supervised environment for youth gaming. Vanta is a purpose driven company and seeks to change the esports world for the better with positive coaching, and a focus on development, mentorship, and accessibility.

About the Role
Vanta is looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager who can make an immediate impact and help build out our Customer Success function. This person will be expected to operate independently and as part of the Vanta Operations team. You will directly contribute to the foundation of this company — its culture, its processes, and its practices. This role offers a unique opportunity for growth that comes with substantial responsibility. Vanta is a 100% digital company, as such this is a fully remote job opportunity.
As the Customer Success Manager, you will onboard, engage, upsell, and retain our customers so they get the most value from their Vanta experience. You will manage the entire customer journey through onboarding and post-onboarding. You are responsible for ensuring that Vanta customers realize the value of Vanta tools, coaching, and other products and services and importantly, feel loved.
