Our client is seeking an experienced Marketing Analytics Manager to analyze the effectiveness of their marketing strategies/campaigns to set the direction of the organization’s marketing and advertising efforts. The role is a professional marketing strategist, who explores market trends and opportunities, and stays abreast of changes in the cannabis and hemp marketing environment. The Marketing Analytics Manager designs and implements marketing and advertising tactics to lead a cross-functional team to meet objectives.
What you will do: The Marketing Analytics Manager will report directly to the President and Director of Retail Operations. The role will examine analytical data to appropriately manage and organize the organization’s marketing engagements.

What you’ll need: Experience, passion, and knowledge of/in medical and/or recreational cannabis markets. The Marketing Analytics Manager role is an advanced level position with a requirement to be in possession of a bachelor’s degree in the area of business administration, marketing and communications or relevant field. The role must have a minimum of 3 years of Marketing Analytics Manager experience or similar role. The role will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. The role will possess expert comprehension of analytics, with thorough knowledge of web analytics, advanced understanding of Word Press, and a baseline knowledge of SEO. Out-of-state Marketing Analytics Manager will work remotely 75% of the time, regularly travel to the corporate office to work weeklong durations and required to be available by phone and email during the corporate office’s business hours, Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM (HST). Familiarity with cannabis advertising regulations is desired but, prior cannabis experience is not necessary. Passion for the cannabis industry and how well you fit with our company is essential.
