Finance Manager
Our Oregon-based client is looking for a full-time Finance Manager to join their team This individual will be working in a collaborative organization supporting an amazing mission.
They will be keeping a close pulse overseeing the financials working alongside key leaders and stakeholders.
This is a remote position.
Finance Manager Responsibilities
Present financial results and provide recommendations to drive financial planning and budgeting.
Process grant funds and maintain ing.
Monitor cash flow and forecasting.
Review accounting team’s work and support AR/billing functions.
Lead audits and ensure compliance across financial processes.
Finance Manager Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
5 years of progressive accounting experience; non-profit experience highly preferred.
Well-versed in grant funding and GAAP.
Proficient in QuickBooks and MS Excel.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Salary:
$105k-$115k (DOE)
