We need a Sales Manager who can manage our growing team of sales reps and help us make more money! You’ll be in charge of streamlining the sales process, making sure that we’re following protocol, and staying on top of all communication. The ideal candidate is the ideal communicator and can pitch our company effectively to potential customers.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and direct a store’s sales force and other personnel.
• Coordinate with and rely on the advice of experts from other departments to increase efficiency in sales force operations.
• Introduction to concepts and techniques of selling.
• Direct successful sales staff in the selling of products or services.
• Motivate and develop a sales staff.
• Ensure that the store is well-stocked with merchandise and that its layout is attractive and easy to navigate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $175,000.00 per year
