What is a Finance Director?
The Finance Director is responsible for all aspects of financial management, including nonprofit (fund) accounting, financial reporting, development of internal control policies and procedures, and budget and forecast preparation. This position is responsible for monitoring operating cash-flow, payroll administration, managing relationships with external auditor, tax advisor, bank/lender, and insurance brokers, overseeing day-to-day accounts payable and grants receivable activities, and leading departmental staff. The Finance Director works directly with the Executive Director and Department Directors to accomplish the agencyxe2x80x99s financial goals. As a member of the senior leadership team, the Director will be involved in strategic planning and core values, focus and 10 year goal initiative, as well as planning for Vail Placexe2x80x99s growth.

Salary and Benefits
Salary range $85,000 to $95,000, Depending on Qualifications. Full Benefits Package including medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, long term disability, matched 401K. Paid time off in Year 1 includes generous vacation & sick/safe time, plus 3 personal days and 13 paid holidays.
