Vaco is looking for a direct hire Client Account Representative in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Client Account Representative

Pay: $50,000/year

Hours: Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM

Start Date: ASAP

Job Details:

• Handles a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online correspondence to assist customers and clients with their online accounts
• Maintains records of completed work and correspondence via data entry
• Resolves client issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Trains clients on how to use internal benefits systems

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’ Degree Required
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience working in insurance or healthcare benefits and plus
