Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist responsibilities:

• The AP/AR Specialist will prepare, review, obtain approval and run weekly payment batches for checks, ACH and wires.

• 3-way matching
• Entering invoices

Minimum requirements of the Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance or related field. Equivalent work experience also accepted.
• 2+ years experience in Excel
