As a Project Manager for Procurement and Finance you will be accountable for the lifecycle project management of multiple complex projects and programs that impact multiple functional areas. The Project Manager identifies, secures, coordinates and coaches internal and external resources necessary to manage the project or program and meet the objectives. You will provide detailed and accurate status reporting on safety, cost, and schedule performance. As a Projects Manager, you will develop and implement improvements to project management processes, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistently high-quality performance results, while ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
What You Get to Do:
Assemble and lead the project Core Team through the development, execution, monitoring, controlling and close out project phases.
Engage proactively with project Governance and key stakeholders ensuring appropriate communications occur.
Resolve project issues with contractors and other stakeholders that may impede successful execution of project activities.
Provide mentoring to less experienced engineers and project managers.
Accountable for project success ensuring the project team develops, monitors, and controls the scope, schedule, cost, quality, and performance requirements.
Proactively review and advise Director of improvement opportunities for project management processes, procedures, and tools.
Lead project management initiatives as identified and assigned.
Assess commercial opportunities.
What You Bring to the Table:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field of study from an accredited college or university; will consider a combination of experience and/or education.
Ideally, 7+ years of pipeline, oil, gas, or related industry experience, or ideally, 10+ years of project management experience in any industry.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record to drive company and personal vehicles to perform required tasks.
Experience in managing $10 million or more in projects.
Sold understanding fundamentals of proven project management practices and processes (including the project management knowledge areas from the PMBOK guide).

Experience presenting to Board level executives.
