- Lead the annual budget and quarterly rolling forecast processes
- Lead the team to consolidate, analyze and interpret financial and operational data. Accountable for generating management reporting while providing improvements to drive consistency in reporting across all business units
- Take data, understand it, process it, extract value from it, and communicate it visually / verbally to team members and management across the organization. This may include analyzing large volumes of data from various databases
- End-to-end analysis including requirements specification, data gathering, processing, analysis, ongoing deliverables, and presentations
- Translate data analytics into clear visualizations and concise presentations
- Complete ad hoc requests for reports, dashboards, or analysis from all levels of the organization including senior leadership
- Support users across the organization answering questions, making recommendations and providing a transparent view of priorities and progress
- Develop and track ROI models for strategic investments
- Perform variance analysis and work with stakeholders to identify drivers of key variances
- Challenge stakeholders on variances in financial performance and KPI’s in periodic business unit/departmental reviews
- Continuously look for ways to automate tasks, allowing the function to scale as the business grows
- Experience – Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration, with 6+ years related Financial Analysis, Management experience and/or training. Management experience within Corporate FP&A function is preferred
- Required: Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Required software: Microsoft Power BI or other data visualization tools, SQL, Excel, Power Point
- Required: Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Emphasis on the ability to refine complex issues into understandable formats to all levels of the organization
- CMA, CPA, CFA, or other designation showing commitment to your chosen field is a plus
