Finance Manager / Cambridge, MA / Accounting Professional / Can be Managerial or Director Level
We are looking for a highly experienced Finance Manager to join our client in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The company is a leading manufacturer of lithium-ion battery cells, with a strong commitment to sustainability and innovation.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in a managerial or director-level role in the accounting or finance field. They will be responsible for driving growth, managing financial close and ing, preparing SEC filings, mentoring junior staff, creating internal management s, and working closely with the finance and accounting teams.
Manager level salary – 150k -180k (higher for director level)
Finance Manager minimum requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Over 10 years of experience in a managerial or director-level role in the accounting or finance field
- Experience with transitioning from a private to public company (IPO experience)
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
