Primary Duties:
Work closely with various parties including our clients, vendors and agents to quickly sell REO properties that USRES manages on our clients’ behalf while maintaining open and regular communication with all parties involved, including USRES Management.
Responsible for several aspects of the REO process which include, but are not limited to: health and safety reviews, reviewing values, managing preservation efforts, vacant property registration monitoring, completing follow up efforts, understanding offers and completing initial and aging inventory market strategy reviews.
Implement new procedural changes and address gap consistencies.
Respond to agent, client and interoffice requests in a timely, professional and confidential manner.
Work closely with a team of your peers, different departments within USRES and directing the efforts of our real estate agents.
Analyze impact of decisions before executing.
Make and implement decisions compatible with organizational goals.
Support decisions with appropriate evidence and rationale.
Other duties and projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
3+ years’ default servicing experience
2+ years’ experience in real estate; solid understand of real estate process preferred
Working knowledge of MS applications
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to present important and vital information to various parties in a clear, concise and purposeful manner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional time-management skills
Ability to identify problems requiring attention including, but not limited to, repairs, violations, hazards, title issues, etc. and then create solutions to the various issues that arise
Ability to establish working relationships with real estate agents
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage various reports

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting (up to 7 hours) at a workstation operating a PC.
Heavy data entry (large amount of typing on a keyboard and repetitive motion with a mouse).
Focusing/looking at computer monitor for long periods.
Reading documents in print and electronically.
Bending, twisting and stooping required on a regular basis.
Use of a telephone to make and receive calls.
