As a team player on the Total Rewards Compensation team, the Sr. Compensation Analyst- Incentives will focus primarily on supporting the planning and administration of the short-term incentive programs of the company. They will have exposure to all aspects of the broad-based compensation planning and administration process on a hands-on basis throughout the year, offering an opportunity to impact many areas of the organization.
New Ways of Work: This position has been segmented as Blended, meaning the work is a combination of onsite and remote. This position will be in the office 2 days per week and remote 3 days per week as defined by the role segmentation. The physical location of this position is Rosemont, IL.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Training: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience, required. World at Work and/or S/PHR training preferred.
Related Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience with compensation programs at mid- to large-size companies preferred. Experience with database HRIS programs (Workday, Excel).
