This leader is the financial business partner to an executive Staff Member Leadership Team direct report (L3) (Senior Vice President of Commercial Excellence, Field Leaders, & Business Development). Individual is responsible for providing data modeling and analytics that will drive the execution of financial and operational objectives.

• Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities
• Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, and dashboards that support key business decisions.
• Design and build technical processes to address business issues
• Supports business partners in evaluating and communicating operating performance, including monthly results and identifying risks / opportunities on achieving various commitments

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Business or related analytical field required (or related experience)
• MA/MBA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, or business strategy
• Experience leading sales strategy and operations projects at a consulting firm or in a corporate strategy/business operations team
• Experience with analyzing data using Excel, SQL, or R/Python
• Testing for Incrementality across cross-functional initiatives
• Ability to succinctly communicate insights to cross-functional stakeholders and guide them towards data-driven decisions
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills – you’re articulate and engaging.
• Working with Sales teams is a plus

• At least 1 year of people leadership (supervisor/manager) experience preferred
• Strong financial and business acumen through experience or education
• Understanding of and experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for business units.
• Experience using analytics techniques to contribute to company growth efforts, increasing revenue and other key business outcomes.
• Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.
• Strong programming skills: SQL and Python or R.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau
• Experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
