The Operations Manager is a people & process person. They are hard-working, detail-oriented, and a highly-organized individual. As the Operations Manager at Liberty Cast, your primary responsibilities will include:
Manage the business towards the vision
Work on day-to-day tasks/projects focused including financial analyses, client support, company organization, etc.
Work together with all team members in the company and effectively bridge the departments cohesively, ensuring the efforts are pointing in a common direction with a common goal
Lead, manage and hold accountable all staff on major company-wide projects and initiatives and ensure they are integrated and carried out successfully
Maintain a pulse on the business from a financial, legal, sales and operations vantage point and suggest actionable insights based on these weekly feedback loops
Remove barriers and obstacles for the team

Where is the location and what are the work hours?:

In-person, the position is full-time in Detroit, MI
–
5am – 2pm M-F (once a month late Friday and Saturday hours)
–
Full time; 45 hours a week
