We’re hiring a Treasury Management Portfolio Manager to join our Treasury Management Team.
Responsibilities:
Partner with Treasury Management and Relationship Managers during all phases of payment services underwriting process, which includes new requests, renewals and annual reviews of existing relationships.
Primary roles:
€ Organize relevant financial data. Spread and analyze audited, reviewed and company prepared financials in addition to corporate and personal tax returns and personal financial statements.
€ Manage Portfolio of non-borrowing relationships with payment services.
€ Coordinate and complete annual review of payment services including customer site visits for Remote Deposit Capture.
€ Ensure policies and procedures are followed and updated for payment services.
€ Partner with operational teams to complete Bank payments audit.
€ Organize and streamline treasury/operations inter-department underwriting workflow.
€ Create and administer reports on payment portfolio metrics.
€ Complete various training and/or attend conferences assigned by Manager which may be outside normal business hours and off-site.
Responsible for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to the position, including the Univest Code of Conduct.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Finance, Business Administration preferred or comparable work experience.
Customer-focused individual with strong knowledge of treasury management services, banking, financial analysis, and internal credit processes.
3-5 years credit analysis or equivalent experience.
Ability to manage risk within payment services: including soft credit approval and treasury management portfolio underwriting.
Experience with treasury management online platform, remote deposit capture. lockbox, fraud services, sweep services.
Ability to handle problems/exceptions in an independent manner.
Strong knowledge of commercial lending practices, compliance issues, and
underwriting skills.
Experience in providing data necessary for audits including policy and procedure reviews.
Strong organizational, analytical and communications skills with both internal and external customers. Ability to work within compressed deadlines.
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
