Provide accounting and general office support for the University of Oregon School of Law’s business office. This is a 1.0 FTE position that reports to the School of Law’s Director of Finance and Accounting.
The Accounting Technician pays invoices, procures goods and services, and processes journal vouchers, travel, and other reimbursements. Other duties include managing shared e-mail and calendar, filing, printing, copying, scanning, and greeting customers. This position will oversee the tasks of student workers.
Minimum Requirements
12 quarter hours (8 semester hours) of Accounting courses AND
An Associates Degree in Accounting;
OROne year of experience that includes entering, compiling, and/or reporting financial information;
ORAn equivalent combination of education and experience.

Proven attention to detail, with an affinity for working with numbers.
Preferred Qualifications
At least three years of office work experience, an associate degree with office experience, or completion of accounting courses from an accredited college or university.

$15.80 – $23.12 per hour
