Position Overview :

This position provides consistent and valuable support to the marketing department management as well as department operations.

Essential Job Functions

• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Utilization of Microsoft Office to produce documents as directed.
• Adhere to policies and procedures of the employee handbook.
• Primary phone coverage for Marketing queues

Required Knowledge, Skills & Ability

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Prior customer service experience, preferred but not required
• Prior property and casualty experience and license (220 or 2044) required
• Strong organizational skills.
• Data entry and working knowledge of computer functionality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in proprietary software (within the first 90 days).
• Bilingual preferred but not required
