Primary Responsibilities:
Consolidate the Community & State forecast and assist in preparing forecast summary materials
Develop and maintain financial reports to clearly communicate actual results, forecasted performance, and variances to plan, forecast and budget
Produce key deliverables for earnings release, Board of Directors and Investor Conference that are shared with C&S, UHC and UHG leadership
Produce clear, well-formatted reports that communicate a clear, compelling message for their stakeholders
Develop or improve upon existing financial reporting tools to continuously improve deliverables
Work closely with the business to develop, recommend and establish strategies, plans, and processes to improve profitability and cost efficiencies
Assist in ad hoc requests from management
Serve as a resource to the broader FP&A organization

Required Qualifications
4+ years of financial experience
Bachelor’s degree in finance
Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work collaboratively and influence across a matrix environment

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600.
