Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and manage real-time forecasting & budgeting processes, ensuring SG&A accuracy while crafting the financial narratives for various levels of leadership
Develop and enhance financial reports to clearly communicate actual results, forecasted performance, and variances to plan, forecast, and budget as well as translate impacts and trends to forward looking projections
Drive reporting, analysis, and proactive management of key expense areas within the segment
Develop and manage the analysis of business and financial metrics and drive forward looking insights on financial performance based on metric trends
Collaborate with other finance and business leaders on cost drivers and assumptions
Prepare executive level summaries and assist in presenting to senior leadership
Work closely with the business to develop, recommend, and establish strategies, plans, and processes to improve profitability and cost efficiencies
Handle ad-hoc reporting and analysis and investigate issues while providing explanations, interpretations, and recommendations
Perform work in a self-directed manner and work with less structured, more complex issues
Ability to develop new processes & refine existing processes
Act as a resource to others

Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting or related field
5+ years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA
CPA
Experience using PowerBI
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and lead/influence others to drive processes and projects forward
Ability to quickly respond to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high attention to detail

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600.
