Primary Purpose
The Finance Manager is an integral part of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team reporting to the Director of Finance. The team is responsible for all financial analytics across the company and using the results of the analytics to influence management to drive revenue and profitability. The role will be located in the region. The Financial Manager will analyze key performance indicators and subsequently provide guidance to the Regional Vice President and other leaders across the region. You will work in the details to help maximize profitably for regional locations with regional revenue. You must have a solid understanding of not only the financials, but other functions in the business including marketing, sales and operations.
Essential Functions
Partner with regional team to manage the financial performance of the USS business Analyze sales, fleet and other operational key performance indicators to maximize profitability Develop business cases to support strategic business improvement projects Manage the regional financials and communicate financial results quickly to the team Act as a finance leader by helping to train others to interpret key financial data Lead planning and forecasting activities with regional teams to set, track, and achieve goals Communicate closely with the other regional finance employees to ensure consistency of financial objectives and reporting
Qualifications
Ability to work with all levels of the organization Highly organized and pays careful attention to detail Operating knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint Tableau knowledge a plus (training will be provided) Ability to travel extensively 50% or more Physical Requirements Sit while answering phones or reply to emails Use hands and fingers to handle, control or feel objects tools or controls Repeat the same movements when entering data See details of objects that are less than a few feet away Speak clearly so listeners can understand Understand the speech of another person Focus on one source of sound and ignore others Hear sounds and recognize the difference between them See differences between colors, shades and brightness

At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
