Seeking an Office Manager to support our growth and help lead administrative efforts. This position will be responsible for all offiice and general administration.
o Responsibility for office operations and general bookkeeping
o Accounts payable, receivable and pay applications
o Weekly CPA meetings
o Company mail and check deposits
o 90-day cash flow spreadsheet
o Bank and credit card reconciliation
o Insurance and tax audit responses and support
o Assistance with vendor payments and lien waivers
o Assistance with preconstruction/bidding efforts
o Manage project documents (drawing, proposal, submittal, etc.)
o Customer, subcontractor, and supplier compliance management (W-9, insurance, contracts, waivers, change orders, certified payrolls, etc.).
o Warranty / Closeout documents and tracking
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $48,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
