As an Associate Finance Manager in the Digital HUB, you will partner with the business to drive Unilever’s digital agenda and support the monthly S&OP process. You will proactively ensure the business is future fit and enabled to meet its financial goals.
Who You Are & What You’ll Do
This role leads digital improvements and master data management centered around the Finance Excellence Team, while partnering with the business to support monthly forecasting cycles. The role is responsible for ensuring monthly volume forecasts and accurately reflected in our financial planning systems and that we maintain accurate master data across the finance organization. The role is also responsible for developing digital enhancements that will ensure speed and accuracy in daily activities.

What You’ll Need To Succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum four years of relevant finance work experience
Practical experienceusingbusinessintelligenceplatforms (toolssuch asMicrosoft B&I and/or Tableau)
Practical experience in data mining and modeling using one or more of the most commonly used data science tools: Python, R, SPSS, SAS
Strong analytical, modeling and problem-solving abilitywith understanding of statistical modelling tools/techniques
Experiencebuilding datamodels/analytics,visualizations, conducting presentations, information design,and delivery
Strong technicalacumen and attention to detail
Project management skills
