Background & Purpose of the Job
Customer Business Development (CBD) is what we call our Sales organization at Unilever. CBD works closely with customers to pioneer new products, build categories, and deploy best-in-class retail and shopper capabilities.
As the Sales & Trade Marketing Analyst, you will play a key role in providing analytical support, proactively analyzing, and reviewing information to identify opportunities or potential challenges across Unilever’s businesses.
The focus of the position is to serve as key support to the Customer Business Manager and Business Development Manager for Health & Beauty Division across all categories / brands and key stakeholders within Unilever.
You will report directly to the Customer Business Manager and also work closely with Division Director, BDM, Team Leads and category CBM’s to achieve our goals.
This role is vital to the success of the Health & Beauty business and will help ensure our strategic / financial health in the Sector.
It will require someone who is self-motivated with excellent influencing skills, has an ability to work independently and is team oriented.

Pay : The pay range for this position is $67,000 to $100,500.
Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus : This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI) : This position is LTI eligible.
