Ultimate Realty Looking for Asset Manager Real Estate at Remote Full Time

About the Job

Ultimate’s team consists of a core of a few key individuals that run the business with the assistance of its employees in accounting & construction. This new dedicated role of asset management would be to head up the asset management of the portfolio and work in conjunction with our construction and accounting teams where needed. The portfolio largely consists of a group of industrial properties in the South Coast & New England. Although the position is largely remote, there will be a need to travel to the properties on an as needed basis. Approximately once every couple of weeks. There would be a training & acclamation period that would necessitate work from our New York offices for a short duration. Candidates should have 10 years of experience.

Direct Responsibilities

· Oversight of all leases including;

-proper billing as well as reimbursements

-track insurance certificates to insure compliance

-tracking to be expiring leases

-Implementation and oversight of TI for new tenants

· leasing oversight for new projects as well as existing projects that have vacancy

· Tracking utility accounts

· Implementation and oversight of Capital expenditure budgets on new projects

· Track projected vs actual property costs on a category by category basis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Asset management: 10 years (Required)
• Risk management: 1 year (Preferred)
• Financial services: 3 years (Preferred)
