Position Responsibilities

• Monitor sales performance activity, financial analytics and company trends, and craft meaningful memos and reports interpreting that data.

• Research and evaluate market trends and recommend potential process improvements.

• Write complex queries using Structured Query Language (SQL), Excel and other tools to extract and transform data into meaningful insights.

• Create, manage and troubleshoot reports and dashboards using PowerBI desktop and SSRS / PBIRS reporting tools.

• Compose weekly, monthly and quarterly sales analyses and financial reports.

• Collaborate with Sales leadership to aid in decision-making.

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years of financial reporting, variance analysis and large data analytics experience.

• Strong proficiency in SQL, data reporting and Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel and data-visualization skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field. 

• A self-starter with excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and communications skills.

• Prior sales finance experience with pricing, quoting and / or auditing preferred.

• Relevant advanced degree and / or professional certification a plus.
