Are you a motivated self-starter? Do you have the know-how for analyzing problems?

We’re looking for someone like that to help us with the support of the Insight Report Library which is a global report storage and distribution application. This will include system enhancements and updates. In this role, you will:

• co-ordinate with a small team of colleagues in APAC who provide user support (Helpdesk) and assist with report inventory management
• provide the final business escalation point for production issues and resolutions
• manage system enhancements by understanding requests for new functionality, specifying change requirements, working closely with the IT development team on the monthly release cycle, and providing UAT / release support
• manage the overall system security (including management of quarterly security scanning process)
• drive disciplined maintenance / use of the reporting inventory to provide report transparency and support report rationalization
• communicate reporting inventory mandates and system changes

Our team are part of the Reporting & Analytical Services (RAS) team and sit within the Finance stream of our Group Functions Division.

The RAS organization produce and distribute best in class reporting products and analysis that enable compliance and confident decision-making. We are a team of circa 250 staff based across the UK, Switzerland, Americas and APAC regions.

The RAS Service Line Management team own the Insight Report Library application which provides report storage and report distribution globally. The Insight Report Library has over 10,000 users globally and there are over 23,000 report files uploaded each month.
