Overview of role: You must be able to see and pay attention to detail. It is critical to be able to verify the correctness or error in an individual part/procedure. You will also wear many hats, and so multitasking and organization is critical.
Responsibilities
As the Office Administrative Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative assistance and support across all departments
Meet established deadlines
Front office support tasks: answering phones, scheduling appointments, purchasing supplies, managing mail, office related errands, ordering groceries and lunches, expense reports, and managing corporate vendors and software accounts
Improve office operations & procedures for scaling business
Provide Tech support including purchasing equipment and setting up new employee system requirements
Maintain organization and cleanliness of the office space, conference rooms, kitchen, and storage spaces
Assist with special projects
Participate in employee training and new hire orientation
Coordinate Company-wide communications and events
Proactively anticipating needs of the office and solving challenges before they become an issue
Perform additional project work and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Good with technology and different software systems
