Location: Tallahassee, FL (remote)
The Corporate Communications Manager (CCM) is responsible for supporting the implementation of external and internal communications required in support of specific strategic goals and overall mission. The CCM will lead and / or assist in the execution of Corporate Communications programs, coordination with the external PR agencies and in collaboration with various internal departments.
Responsibilities:
Support in coordination of the company?s corporate communications strategy, messaging and tactical execution of projects and programs to build our corporate brand visibility.
Develop, with team direction, the strategy of awards and speaking opportunities including writing, tracking and execution of awards and speaking submissions.
Work with the Corporate Communications team to target and provide support for:
external media opportunities including writing releases and media engagements including articles, podcasts, radio, TV interviews, and blogs, among others
internal communications efforts including writing employee emails, TV breakroom slides and newsletters, among others
Gain knowledge of Trulieve?s products, market segments, market trends, and competitors to optimize communications programs.
Maintain good relationships with company departments including Legal, HR, Marketing, Processing and Cultivation, and Sales.
Work closely on supporting communications with internal stakeholders for product; customer; environmental, sustainability, and governance (ESG); and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI).
Strong knowledge of the company?s external communications policies including Diversity & Inclusion, disclosure policy, social media policy, crisis communications and help develop new policies.
Support Corporate Communications team with various administrative duties including database entry, calendar management, press release posting on the news wire, reporting and organizational assistance.
Assist in creating, launching and distributing press releases and marketing campaigns.
Assist in developing communication strategies for delivery of corporate culture and business strategy.
