Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

$100k – $125k + 20% defined annual bonus

We are currently performing an exclusive search for a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) with a fast-growing private equity owned technology company which is a leader in its industry. This position is newly created / upgraded due to organic growth and acquisitions. This role will be structured as remote / WFH with a preference towards candidates in the EST time zone.

Key Responsibilities of the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

• Provide analytical support for strategic and operational initiatives across multiple lines of business.
• Lead financial analysis of the P&L for various cost centers in addition to analytical modeling, budget and forecasting, reporting, and ad hoc decision support.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and operational reporting and analysis.
• Present financial results to the senior leadership team.
• Continually evaluate key financial and operational results to ensure alignment with management’s overall corporate budget and goals/objectives.
• Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams to deliver process improvement across the business.
• Responsible for organizing, maintaining, and disseminating metrics in support of process excellence initiatives and ongoing operational activities and management.
• Create and standardize operational reports/scorecards, process metrics, KPI’s, etc. in support of new monthly operations review and identify and incorporate relevant industry metrics into analysis.

Experience & Qualifications for the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• MBA or CPA preferred
• 4-8 years progressive FP&A experience in large corporate environments
• Prior experience working for a private equity owned company is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and team skills in order to work with individuals across multiple regions
