This Finance manager role is a newly created position as a result of the expansion of Trina’s manufacturing footprint into U.

S. This role will report to the Head of Finance, North America, and will later report into the controller’s group in the manufacturing entity.

This pivotal role is the go-to Finance Business Partner person in all aspects of Finance, Accounting and Treasury in support of the manufacturing and distribution business.

Responsibilities :

• 1. Lead AOP and quarterly forecast planning processes and prepare financial performances reporting package for the NA and HQ Management
• 2. Manage month end close process, working with the HQ Accounting Team on timely, accurate month end close, responsible for BS reconciliation.
• 3. Responsible for MSA (Module Supply Agreement) pricing calculation, invoicing including true-ups CN / DN processing and AR aging management
• 4. Manage PO process, including vendor on-boarding, payment term and spending analysis
• 5. Month end financial reports review including budget vs variance analysis, trend and flux analysis
• 6. Involved in capex planning to achieve corporate financial KPIs on ROI and cash flow management and responsible for fixed asset reporting and management
• 7. Responsible for Local and state tax incentives filing and reporting, support federal manufacturing tax incentive tracking and reporting
• 8. Lead the year-end fixed assets count and assist HQ internal audit and control teams in testing
• 9. Involved in annual audit and quarterly review by completing PBC list and other backup documents
• 10. Support HQ and U.S. Tax Team in tax return, tax payment estimate and transfer pricing adjustments
• 11. Participate in process improvement and system implementation projects and other ad hoc projects

Requirements :

• 6-10 years’ Finance / accounting experience in technology sector, solar, semi-conductor industries preferred
• Self-starter, effective communicator with an inquisitive mind to learn new concepts and processes
• Experience working in an international organization in different time zones
• Ability to conduct accounting standards research, CPA preferred
• Proficient with top tier enterprise application software
