Main Duties & Responsibilities
PERFORMANCE ACCOUNTABILITY
Provides the tools and techniques to profile customers, identify market opportunities to increase division sales
Drive advertising campaigns to increase website traffic and lead generations for sales team
Create and maintain strategic content for branding via social media, website and other communication outlets
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Uphold and communicate the Vision and Values of TriMas
Analyzes marketing metrics used for identifying effect-cause relationships between financial outcomes and marketing actions to raise profitability.
Ensures the proper of traditional and advanced model building and coding skills to conduct various kinds of in-depth analyses on different market dynamics.
Conduct research to identify market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
Create regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to communicate marketing performance to leadership team
Develop customer segmentation models to enhance targeting and personalization of marketing efforts.
Use data and historical trends to provide insights and forecasts for future marketing strategies
Research and develop a platform for online sales (E-Commerce) of proprietary products
Collaborate with the Sales Director on content generation for direct marketing pieces highlighting our brand and value
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align marketing efforts with business goals
Develop a team of marketing specialist and provide the necessary training and career development to improve team productivity, when the growth of the division allows for team members to be added
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Salary Range- $90,000 – 105,000
