Tresata Looking for Tresata Finance Manager at Charlotte, NC Full Time

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A Finance Manager (‘FM’) is responsible for creating financial reports, ensuring compliance, and developing and implementing long-term strategies around accounting, financial planning, and cost monitoring.
As a Tresata FM, you will be trained in all aspects of Tresata’s day-to-day processes involving revenues and expenses. You will submit and track invoices and employee expenses, oversee cash flow, prepare financial forecasts, and investigate and develop new processes to automate and streamline every aspect of Tresata’s finances. You will be expected to collect materials and prepare reports as required by law, regulations, or company policies, and ensure Tresata is in compliance with applicable laws and procedures. The FM also prepares decks for presentations to Tresata’s board.
Success in this role requires strong attention to detail across multiple projects, the ability to communicate effectively with diverse internal and external audiences, knowledge of financial accounting, tax, and auditing requirements, and the capacity to envision and implement processes and strategies for Tresata’s finances.
Requirements
WHAT SKILLS/EXPERIENCE YOU NEED TO BRING

• Masters or advanced degree in business administration, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a business or financial occupation, such as accountant, auditor or financial analyst.
• Professional certification such as CPA or CFA
• Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis methods and software, as well as with identifying and mastering new software to improve financial efficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
