Strategic Finance Manager
Strategic Finance enables Treasury Prime to develop and execute on its growth strategy by driving financial visibility and accountability. This is a high impact, high visibility role that will work cross functionally to provide analytical support and actionable insights to the organization.
You will:
Be the second Strategic Finance hire, reporting directly to the CFO
Play a key role in all aspects of financial reporting and make significant contributions to strategic and operational initiatives
Build, own and enhance the corporate model and other sophisticated financial models that enable accurate forecasting and strategic decision-making
Own and execute on forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis processes for the organization
Operationalize strategic objectives through target setting and incentive alignment
Assist with monthly close process and own management reporting of all key SaaS metrics
Prepare and present management presentations on a recurring and ad-hoc basis
Promote vision/strategy around process and systems to help support scale in a high growth environment
You may be a good fit for this role if you:
6+ years experience in fast-paced analytical roles (investment banking, consulting, data science, analytics, etc.); FP&A experience at a SaaS, Fintech, or high growth start-up preferred
Highly analytical with the ability to translate between strategic business decisions and their quantitative implications
Master in Excel and desire to own corporate modeling
Excellent communicator who seeks out the opportunity – and accountability – that comes with being front and center with company executives
Strong sense of ownership, intellectual curiosity and an ability to think creatively and critically
An expert in financial modeling and quantitative analysis, who enjoys solving complex and unstructured problems
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic and often ambiguous work environment
Experience with Looker and SQL a plus
