Transition Staffing Group Looking for Property Accountant at Solana Beach, CA Full Time

A fast growing and privately held leader in the commercial real estate industry Is looking to bring on a property accountant who wants to be a part of a rapidly growing team and work with some of the largest retailers in the U.S.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for complex tenant billings and ledger maintenance. Works closely with the Property Manager.
Reviews, approves, and posts all cash receipts and application of cash.
Reviews all property related invoices and assures they are accurately coded.
Prepare property-level financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
Maintain rent rolls, aging reports, and supporting Excel schedules.
Prepare a monthly and year-end budget vs actual variance analysis.
Prepare annual property-level budgets and quarterly re-forecasts.
Working directly with external auditors’ inquiries.
Prepare quarterly and annual CAM reconciliations and supporting documentation for tenant billings.
Responsible for setting up new properties during an acquisition.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Accounting or equivalent from an accredited university
Minimum of 2 years of Real Estate accounting experience
