AP/Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities include:

• Payroll
• Processing of bi-weekly payroll for Company (US, Canada & Australia)
• Identifies and implements efficiencies for the payroll process
• Serves as subject matter expert for all payroll related issues and questions
• Other duties assigned by Management
• Accounts Payable
• Data entry of payables into Great Plains via direct entry or management through PaperSave
• Maintain W-9s on all vendors
• Entry of alternate payment methods including wire transfers and credit cards
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Ensure proper coding of invoices to the general ledger
