TPI Staffing Group Looking for Accounts Receivable Deduction Specialist at Claremont, New Hampshire Full Time

Actively searching for an Accounts Receivable and Deduction Specialist in the Claremont, NH area. This is a full-time, first shift position offering a starting wage of $21/hour with endless room for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Process and print daily invoices and credit memos.
• Match invoices to shipment documents.
• Perform daily cash receipts entry.
• Ensure all trade promotion deductions and payments are recorded and that remaining funds meet outstanding commitments.
• Communicate with various internal departments, customers, brokers and/or sales representatives to resolve deductions, payments and chargebacks.
• File timely disputes when deductions are not valid.
• Provide regular reporting relating to cleared and outstanding deductions.
• Perform collections on delinquent accounts, including collection calls and mailings.
• Inform sales representatives and controller of any collection issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in the accounting field required; deduction/chargeback experience preferred
• Microsoft Office and Excel experience required
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner

Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4pm, 8am – 4:30pm, 8:30 – 5pm
