Job description, duties, and responsibilities:
- Full-charge Accounts Payable Specialist
Manage vendor relationships
Process invoices in QuickBooks
Charge expenses to correct GL Account
Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statement.
Create purchase orders for major contract purchases
Other accounting duties as needed.
- Payroll
Assist in processing payroll
- Office management
Tasks include: Customer Service, Phone, Filing and mail.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- QuickBooks: Minimum 2 years’ experience
- Accounts Payable: Minimum 2 years’ experience
- Desired candidate must have strong analytical skills and be highly detail oriented
- Dependability:
- Follows instructions, responds to management direction.
- Takes responsibility for own actions.
- Completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan.
No phone calls or walk-in.
